Why do I need a wedding Coordinator? You will find this service in indispensable and valuable part of wedding day planning. The coordinator will coordinate wedding day activities, e.g. over see site preparations, handle scheduled deliveries, make sure wedding rings are at the wedding site, greet guests, direct the ceremony, make sure the bride gown is straight - and as needed - cue for music, serve cake and champagne and oversee site cleanup – so you can have a beautiful, relaxed and stress free wedding day -  JUST SAVOR THE DAY.

Is this beach private? Beaches in Florida are public. We use an area that is quiet. Late afternoon the beach is not as busy.

Can we use the beach if we stay at a beach house, condo, or hotel? You will love a beach house - private, spacious and can be used as a backup in the event of inclement weather. A condo also offers many amenities. With coordination of staff, the beach at the condo or hotel may be used as a wedding site.

What happens if it rains? Rain is rare and brief at the beach, however, you will need a backup location.

Do you have an off season? Fall, winter and very early spring you will find the best lodging rates, also fewer people on the beach. The average daily temperature is 68 degrees.

Will I be able to meet with the coordinator and officate the day before the wedding? Yes, we would like to go over the details for your wedding day. There is no fee for this.

Do I have a choice of wedding vows? Yes, upon booking your wedding, you will receive a selection of Vows/Family Promises/Renewals - or you may write your own.

May children from a former marriage be included in our ceremony? Yes, we encourage you to have the children included in the ceremony

Is the photographer a professional? Yes, and a member of the PPA.

Can we have posed photographs taken after the ceremony? Yes, the photographer will take 50 photographs at your ceremony location. This will take about 1 hour. There is a fee of $250. You will receive 4 x 6 photographs, along with a printable CD.

Do I have a choice of the music used durring the ceremony? Yes, you may select 3 of your favorite songs - or if you wish - we can suggest our most popular.

If I hire a muscian, will I be able to hear samples of the music? Yes, a CD sample will be sent to you.

May we use your services for a reception? We do not provide this service, however, we will be happy to give you referrals for the very best in our area.

Will I be able to call or email you, as my questions arise? Yes, you will have unlimited access.  info@abeachweddingforyou

How do I check the availabiliy of my wedding date? Please call or email. You will receive a reply as soon as possible.

How do I reserve our wedding date with you? You may print the Request Form and send with proper deposit (personal check or M.O.). Upon receipt, we will send your Contract with your wedding date confirmation and Terms and Policies. You will also receive a selection of Vows/Family Promises/Renewals.

How do I get the marriage license and what happens to it after the ceremony? It is necessary that both of you appear together with proper identification (picture ID, Social Security number, and Birth Certificate) at the Clerk of Court office. There is no waiting period if you are a non-Florida resident. If you are a Florida resident, there is a 3 day waiting period. If either of you have been divorced, you must bring a Certified copy of your Divorce Decree.

The Officiate must have the Marriage License before performing the ceremony. After the ceremony you will sign the license, the Officiate will have it recorded and return to you, the next business day following the ceremony.
