A BEACH WEDDING FOR YOU  is excited that you have chosen us to design your wedding day. We have incorporated the following policies for your protection as well as ours, covering your beach wedding. We want to assure that you will get the items and services you desire. Pre-designed packages can not have substitutions for other items or services, however, you may upgrade as you wish. All plans must be finalized no later than 30 days prior to your wedding date. We do not allow any off-site items or services to be brought to the wedding site without the approval of ABWFY, as it may have a negative impact on our wedding day services. ABWFY will make every reasonable effort to proceed with the ceremony in spite of inclement weather. You will need to have a back-up location (we can offer suggestions). If you have a beach house rental or beach condo, you are covered. Should there be rain or high winds (rare) we reserve the right to cancel use of any equipment, such as cameras or cd player. Due to the schedule of vendors prior commitments, ceremonies must start at scheduled time. There is a l5 min. grace period. If the delay exceeds this, ABWFY and each vendor has the right to assess the “over-limit fee”of $50 for every 15 min. increment. If it is necessary to cancel or re-schedule, clients are liable for all expenses. ABWFY will make every effort to have your photographs, CD and/or video ready before you leave the island. If this is not possible, they will be sent to you via UPS or insured US Mail. Any pictures taken by our photographer and/or videographer may be used on ABWFY website or other materials that show our services, unless you have requested otherwise. All beaches are public and will have others on the beach, however, our photographer and/or videographer will take utmost care to not include them in your pictures. Additional fees of $100, plus $50 for each vendor contracted for major holidays and holiday weekends. Travel fees are necessary for locations out of our immediate area. There are also additional fees for beach locations used within the Gulf Island National Seashore & State Parks. The services you have purchased covers site preparation, set-up, deliveries, take down, and clean up. There are NO ADDITIONAL FEES or HIDDEN CHARGES. ALL SALES ARE FINAL - there no refunds of deposit for cancellations, regardless of the reason, due to extensive planning and preparations and including any wedding that we could not book because of our commitment to you. Any other monies paid 30 days prior to wedding date, will be refunded to client. If you cancel within 30 days of wedding date the entire amount paid is non-refundable. If it is possible to re-schedule your wedding, this must be done no less than 30 days prior to wedding date OR subject to the availability of ABWFY. Any changes or upgrades must be finalized 30 days prior to wedding date. There is a charge of $10 for each guest above the contracted amount. This covers extra items or services as needed. They may also be included in your pictures. There are no fees for guests to “witness only” the ceremony. Bridal couples and contact person must sign, date and mail these Terms and Policies along with Contract within 7 days of receipt to ABWFY to finalize your wedding date. Please make a copy for your records.
